  • How do I select which product to buy?
    First, identify which 'Desired State of Mind(s)' would you like to enhance. Your product choice is inspired by your personality & preferences. We'd suggest exploring and experimenting with our experiences across different desired states of mind, ingredients and olfactive families to understand whether you prefer a walk in the spice market, a night in the desert, a relaxing day at the spa, for example or olfactive families such as floral, citrus, woody, for example.
  • How long does the Aura Spray bottle last?
    All our Aura Sprays are available in 50ml glass bottles, each containing approximately 400 sprays. We recommend using the Aura Spray once a day and hence it can last over 3 months.
  • What is the correct way to use an Aura Spray?
    An aura spray is meant for your personal space; spray 3-4 times in your surroundings for intended effect. For Sleep Aura Sprays - you can also spray them near your pillows / bed sheets. - Shake well before use - Do not spray directly on your body or skin - Keep away from any flame - Exposure to excessive heat could change the aroma - Not for oral consumption
  • How do I place an order?
    Please follow the following steps to place an order : 1: Pick the Desired State of Mind / Category of your choice. 2: Pick the Product of your choice. 3: Click on ADD TO BAG on the products you wish to purchase. 4: Click on VIEW CART to check products in your cart and then click CHECKOUT. 5: Fill out your personal details required for the delivery of your order. 6: Choose a payment option most convenient to you. 7: Confirm & place your order.
  • How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a mail with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can also write to us at
  • Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Unfortunately, after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to check the status of your shipment and if the order can be cancelled. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot remove any products or cancel the order.

  • How long does it take for the order to arrive?
    We ship the products within 2 working days of receiving the order. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-7 working days of placing the order. However, due to unexpected weather conditions, limited access to remote areas or COVID related issues, please expect additional time for your order to arrive.
  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
    Yes, we offer Cash-On-Delivery. There is an additional charge of Rs. 50 per order for this payment option.
  • Why was my order payment rejected?
    There are various reasons why this may have happened ranging from validity of card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account, to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Also, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.
  • How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?
    On the CART page, there is a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to CHECKOUT and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.
  • Do you ship internationally outside India?
    Currently, we ship only to a few selected countries outside India. You would be able to see if we ship to your country during the order completion process. We are working hard to get our products to you all across the world as soon as possible.
