Purchases are shipped from our manufacturing unit in New Delhi, India by courier.
Due to COVID-19, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. As per safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India and a few select countries outside of India, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any location at any time if so warranted.
We currently ship across most cities in India. However, there are certain pin codes where we might not be able to deliver to yet. If your pin code is unservicable, our customer care team will reach out to you within 2 working days of receiving the order to discuss the possible options.
For orders within India, it usually takes about 3-7 working days (depending on your delivery location) to deliver your shipment after it has been shipped from our facility. For International orders, it usually takes about 6-14 working days (depending on your delivery location) to deliver your shipment after it has been shipped from our facility.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Stimuli or the Delivery Partner take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order.
In the unfortunate case of receiving a wrong product or receiving a damaged product or any other shipping related issues, all claims must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery. We will try our best to rectify the issue at the soonest.
We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses arising out of late delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Stimuli, we strive to give you the very best overall experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
Stimuli is not responsible for any damage caused during or after delivery
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we aim to resolve the issue with the best possible solution on a case to case basis. All you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Stimuli.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
Once your request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
No Refund shall be made once goods are sold, except in case of incorrect product or product quality issues.

An option for facilitating such change shall be present on the Platform and such change shall be facilitated by the Customer. If you change any information, we may or may not keep track of your old information. We will not retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Such prior information shall be completely removed from our databases, including stored ‘back up’ systems. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, or to remove your profile so that others cannot view it, the Customer needs to remediate, and promptly correct any such incorrect information.

When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. It is important that you protect it against unauthorized access of your account and information by choosing your password carefully and keeping your password and computer secure by signing out after using our services.
You agree not to use the account, Customer name, email address or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, including fees. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any consistent unauthorized use of your account or access to your password even after changing it.
We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by members inside and outside the Company. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us and information that we have accessed.
However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. Our Company cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you provide won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to the Company over the Internet.
